    Description

    ANTIQUE NORTHWOOD FOOTED BOWL made of BLUE IRIDESCENT STRETCH GLASS.
    The iridescence is beautiful.
    Collectors refer to this type of glass as having a "onion skin" design.
    It was inexpensive to make and has a similar iridescence and quality as carnival glass.
    This Bowl has a irregular round shape. It was lightly crimped to achieve this shape. The base is four sided and the onion skin texture is just beautiful.
    Approximate Size: Height 4 1/4 inches X Diameter 6 1/4 inches. Base: 3 X 3 inches.
