Variety of Thickness Settings
Once you've made the pasta dough, pass it through the machine's rollers to achieve the desired thickness and then through the cutters to create fresh pasta. Fettuccine (1/4", 6mm) and spaghetti (1/16", 1.5mm) noodle width roller options are included for exceptional versatility. With 7 different thickness settings for kneading the pasta dough ranging from 1/64" (0.5mm) to 1/8" (3mm), you are sure to achieve the perfect dough for any kind of pasta.
Efficient and Flexible
This machine's hybrid design provides you with the flexibility to use it manually or with the motor that easily attaches and detaches without the use of tools. The motor features 2 speeds and a pulse button for greater control.
