About Dala horse:
Swedish Dala Horses are perhaps the most recognizable horse in the world and have a wonderful history and story behind their creation. It doesn't get any more Swedish than this!  The horses are handcrafted, and the timber comes from the slowly growing pine forests around Siljan in central Sweden. Handpainted by artisans, each horse is unique.
