Eagle Insigna Badge Russia Rampant Lion Cross Sword Decor - Vintage

2 Headed Eagle Russian Emblem Badge with Rampant Lion Cross Sword Decor Wall hanging.  The swords and badge are metal. Metal on sword blades have some surface tarnishing/rust. I believe the 2 headed eagle is a Russian badge?  There is a metal spacer under the badge that is missing on one side.  The badge & swords are mounted to a brown leather piece then to a wood plaque.  Weighs almost 2 pounds. 11" x 14.5" . Picked this up at an estate sale.  Was told it hung on the wall for over 40 years. Selling as is condition,  see pic for overall condition.
