    Description

Fender Bassman 1967 "Drip Edge" Black Silverface 2-Channel 50-Watt Guitar or Bass Amp Head
    Year
    : 1967
    Modifications
: Amp was purchased from Chicago Music Exchange and serviced by Brian Carstens (of Carstens Amps) in 2016. It was give new camps and a clean bill of health. It has also been upgraded with a 3-prong chord.
    Cosmetic Condition
: Tolex is very clean for the age with a small rip here or there. The face plate shows some scuffing, but nothing alarming, as most that have been outside of the house show similar aging. Most notably is what appears to be a burn in the tolex on the top of the amp (see photos 3 and 4). Those issues aside, the amp is very clean and in great shape from a smoke-free home.
    Description
: This one hurts to let go. Beautiful Fender "sparkle" tone with a rock-solid reputation for reliability. It's the same circuit as the blackface amps from the previous year of production and an incredible pedal platform. I've used this for shows, recordings, and truly hate to let it go, but am aiming to get into a less powerful amp. This is your chance to get into an incredible piece of 60s Fender history that you'll be happy to own.
