    This is a rare green and white jasper replaced petrified wood limb cast specimen with petrified wood which has been polished on one side and which was collected from Oregon. There are only a handful of places in the world that produces green colored petrified wood. This fossilized wood is Oligocene in age. This green and white fossilized petrified wood specimen measures 2.42 inches long by 1.87 inches wide and weighs 88 grams. Most of the fossilized wood collected in this area of Oregon is identified as Coniferous, Cypress, Sequoia and Quercus (oak).This amazing specimen would be an excellent addition to any rock and mineral collection.
