Product description
Here's a super LOUD vintage solid state amp for your consideration. This Vintage 1970s - early 1980s Roland Cube-100 combo amplifier, made in Japan, is still aurally vibrant with its specific set of electronics. Visually, the original orange Tolex covering enables her to stand out from the rest of the amp crowd.  The chassis & pre amp controls serve to back up her heavy weight with 2 distinct channels of loud clean and uber-loud overdrive tones complete with a reverb setting. There is no vibrato or tremolo in the pre amp circuit. There are separate high and low inputs along with master volume, as well as volume knobs for each of the 2 channels and master bass/middle/treble and a single reverb control. Each channel has a pull/push knob to turn on overdrive or bright options. Will function equally well as a bass guitar or a guitar amplifier. Very easy to transport too, although this little beast is exceptionally heavy.

Rear panel includes an on-off switch, inputs for overdrive & reverb footswitch-ability, inputs for pre-in & main-out, headphones, as well as an extension speaker input(8 ohm minimum), which can come in very useful as this little beast has plenty of muscle to spare and likes the added speakers to push more volume into the world.

CONDITION:
This amp is in full-working order and just came back from our audio tech. He cleaned all components of the chassis, re-soldered some loose connections, and tested everything to make sure everything was functioning. There are 4 burn marks(cigars, cigarettes, tiperillos?)on the left side top of the amp from usage; nothing, however, that detracts from the aesthetic beauty or the functionality of this fine workhorse! Cosmetically, the top mounted handle is intact, grill cloth is complete & without any defects whatsoever, original ROLAND badge is 100% complete as are the corner brackets & bumper feet; there are some assorted bumps, abrasions & assorted scars from usage through the years, but essentially, the cabinet, in our opinion, is very clean & complete with loads of character.

This equipment is immediately ready to perform & will give someone many years of enjoyment. Great for many types of ones' amplification needs. This could be a fine amp for rock, blues, jazz, rhythm & blues, soul, as well as for gigging, practicing, recording, etc. And, we're not biased, in the least! Obviously, this is being sold as is, with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever.
We have had repairs performed that were necessary to get this amp into excellent playing condition.
If the buyer wishes to continue to upgrade this amp, that is entirely up to them. The transfer of ownership occurs when the buyer pays for this item. Upon buyer's receipt of item, seller will no longer be held liable for any defects, electronic problems or any other issues regarding this item.
