Up for your consideration is a used vintage Harleysville Mutual Casualty Insurance Car License plate topper. The topper is in as found condition with some finish loss and patina. It is a brass plate with a steel mounting arm. The white looks to be a porcelain finish. It measures approx. 3-1/2" Wide. This topper may have some scratches, scrapes, wear marks, finish flaws, patina & dirt from age, storage & previous use. PLEASE be sure to see my pictures as they are a part of my description.
