The buckle is in very good condition (in our opinion, please judge for yourself based on the above photos) There are some lite scratches to the front, only visible from inches away and when tilted and viewed in light.
The front of the belt buckle is an acrylic/gloss material set on metal.  The front has a glossy/shiny look when tilted/viewed in light.
On the back it is engraved "Tamara", which we believe is the manufacturer (see pic above)
The buckle measures
2 7/16" x 2 7/16" x 1/8" thick.
